This website processes personal data solely to answer enquiries and to operate the site. There is no tracking, no analytics and no profiling.

This website sets no analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. No Google Analytics, Meta or comparable services are loaded. That is also why there is no cookie banner.

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (including IP address, timestamp, requested resource, browser type). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in secure and stable operation.

If you use the contact form or call, I process the details you provide (name, business, phone number, content of the message) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Form submissions are delivered by email; a short notification may additionally be sent to me via WhatsApp Business.

Online appointment booking: Cal.com, Inc., USA — the booking calendar on the contact page is loaded as an embed from Cal.com; the details required for a booking (name, email address, chosen slot) are processed directly by Cal.com. Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with the providers used.

Contact enquiries are stored for six months and then deleted. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
