What does it cost?
That depends on what the assistant needs to do — answering the phone is a different job from a complete ordering process. I'll give you a price range in our first call, once I understand how your business runs. No quote without a conversation, no conversation with obligations.
Do I need a new website for this?
No. The phone assistant and the WhatsApp order intake work independently of your website. If a new website is due anyway, I plan both together — then the parts mesh.
Is this compatible with data protection?
Yes, if it's set up properly. I configure the systems to collect as little data as possible, name every service involved openly and provide the right wording for your privacy policy.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
